Seagate 7200.7 solution, poor
I'm from Argentina, where a new 120 gb hdd is almost $50us, and this SalvationDATa company pretends to send me a kit to repair my old 120 gb seagate (wich comes with a firmware trouble that makes the drive useless until this kit repair the firmware to make it work properly, the kit cost $50us. So, why seagate company does not launch any solution to the 7200.7 barracuda series buyers ? I'm certainly dissapointed with this poor solution. Not recommended at all, only to those who desesperately wants to recover immediately the data in the hdd.

Is Salvation still in business?
Though I can open other rar files from their website, I am unable to open this one. I have sent them 4 emails, and they haven't responded to any of them. Is this program corrupt? Is there any way of getting help in opening the program? I can't imagine people actually buying their programs if no tech support is available.

Update to my earlier post.
I finally got a response from salvation data, and they were very helpful. Apparently, I was using an old copy of stuffit to open the file and needed a newer version. I haven't run the hdd repairer yet, so don't know how it actually works. I'm running santiago's post by salvation for a response, before I run the program.

What about Mac.
Unfortunately, I was unable to download your software as it was apparently not supported by my Mac OS x. I noticed that all the software I browsed on your site was only available for Windows users. As more consumers continue to make the shift from PC to Apple, I hope.
Your company will consider to develop applications for multiple platforms.
